Pup Passport

Training doesn't stop at graduation!

Welcome to Pup Passport, a social walking club exclusively for the My Pet Tutor community!

Pup Passport is all about continuing the fun beyond the classroom. It's an opportunity for you and your dog to explore new places, practise everyday skills and enjoy adventures alongside other like-minded dog owners.

Unlike a formal training class, these walks are designed to be relaxed, enjoyable outings where you can put what you've already learnt into practice. Think of it as a little walking club with some familiar faces, a bit of guidance when needed, and plenty of opportunities to build confidence in real-world environments.

What can you expect?

Each Pup Passport adventure takes us to a different dog-friendly location, from local parks and walking trails to beaches and other interesting places around Melbourne.

We'll walk together in a small group, allowing dogs to experience different sights, sounds, smells and distractions while practising skills such as loose lead walking, checking in with their owners and remaining calm around other dogs and people.

There is no pressure for dogs to interact or make friends with everyone. In fact, learning to enjoy being around other dogs without needing to greet them is an important part of the experience! We'll respect each dog's personal space and encourage calm, positive experiences.

Who can join?

Pup Passport is exclusively for dogs and owners who have previously attended training with My Pet Tutor.

By keeping the group within our existing community, we can create a familiar, supportive environment with owners who share a similar understanding of positive reinforcement and respectful dog handling.

Your dog doesn't need perfect manners, but they should be comfortable enough to participate safely in a small group walk. If you're unsure whether Pup Passport would be suitable for your dog, please get in touch before booking.
